Happy New Year! I am back on the blog after a much-needed childless vacation in December (thank you mom) followed by holiday break with the family. I wanted to share one of the most exciting things that happened to me in 2024, being featured in House Beautiful!

It was so exciting to see my design published in such a prestigious publication, among 9 other talented interior designers. The article is called “The Holiday Hater’s Guide to Decorating This Season,” and while I am by no means a holiday hater, I hope my ideas bring inspiration to those who are holiday haters!

The photo featured in the article came from a tablescape shoot I did with Tori Sikkema Photography this fall. The vision behind this tablescape was a vintage whimsical Christmas, full of color and of course, tinsel.

Hoping to have much more of this type of news to share in 2025!
